First Favorite Focus Friday

Today will be Favorite Focus Friday, so do an activity you love that you feel relates to one of the Four Focuses. I challenge you, however, to try incorporating one other focus into your activity to give newness to the activity.

For example: If you love to write (writing could easily be considered at least 3 of the Focus activities depending on what/how you write), attempt to write on paper using your opposite hand to write the date and your name (as attempting to write everything you wish to write with the opposite hand would be a lot the 1st attempt). This will help include BODY into one of the other 3 focuses (again, depending on what/how you write).

Another example: If you love working out BODY, try an activity for the MIND, maybe using flashcards for a subject/class you’re studying, and when you incorrectly answer, you must do a decided upon activity to a decided amount of reps (e.g. 20 Jumping Jacks, etc.). Or maybe slow things down with your BODY exercise, and try light reps, at a very slow pace, attempting to feel a deeper connection with your body and soul, working on your breathing.

Favorite Focus Friday has infinite amounts of potential, use it to drive progress forward! šŸ™‚
